Something different? Well ok, maybe not... there was Hallem Foe after all.
I dunno, I don't agree with the other artists on that roster but they've done it for one reason or another and I'm not entirely convinced it's just money. *shrugs* I wait to hear what the song is like and if there's any accompanying interview/reasons for this particular film choice before comment.

I was happy to see NEW FRANZ SONG but the rest of the ost let me down tbh... I just hope that in the next tour we won't have gazillions of fans of Alice and not Franz.

LOL!
Somehow I can't see them bending over for Disney, either...wonder if it was a record co pressure thing. Well, in any case, I'm guessing it's not going to be the world's greatest song, but it's something small to look forward to in our dry spell!

^ I agree. I'm sure it'll turn out fine, and I'm still very much looking forward to hearing the song. On a different note, has anyone heard anything yet about WSCF? I've been a little busy recently so I was wondering if I'd missed any news.

Exactly, this is my opinion too.. I think it's a bit strange... 'cause they didn't want ''Bite Hard'' to be used for a Burger King (or something like that) spot but now they use a new song for a mmmh teenage film? Sounds a bit strange.. Let's wait for some interviews, like Bex said.. But I'm a bit confused.. And what's this story of Dior?? I'm even more confused..

^ Hoping it will be a well-made movie then ... and that it won't bring to Franz only stupid teenagers crazy for Tokyo Hotel or similar bands.. I'm seriously worried only about this... There's a risk.. p.s. I know BH isn't about food anyway xD It was only an example..

i dont see the big deal. it's stepping out into new directions, maybe attract new fans. If it all goes tits up they can't complain. Pfft alex seems to live in denim or leather, can't see why he'd bother with dior... i doubt it'd suit him

So Franz gave in to the Evil Empire known as Disney? WTF, indeed. Maybe Johnny Depp or Tim Burton's a Franz fan. Or maybe our Franzy lads were tired of being forgotten. Other than above, I don't know what to think or believe. I think they only made this Quadrille song for Disney because our beloved one Mistah Hardy love MAGIC GIRLS. and in Alice In Wonderland are LOTS from them. just imagine: *at the FF hq after they received the Disney contract* Alex: "What is this, DANGNABBIT?! we are not kids stuff, man." Paul: "Kids stuff is Cappy. But my kids will be so happy if we'd do it." Nick: "What do you think, Bob?" Bob:"*with a smirk on his face*" Nick:"Umm..everything is okay, Bob? Should I bring some beer for you?" Bob: "No." Paul:"Then?! Say something." Bob:"..........." *after a few hours* Nick:"Bob please. I'll miss the best episodes from Der Kaiser von Schexing..you know, I played in it." Bob:"Mag..ic...GIRLS FTW!" Alex:"I think it's a YES. A fuckin YES, Rebecca. Please call Disney." okay, i won't make a joke from this. i don't like the whole Disney thing. i think Franz doesn't fits together with them. but yeah, the Pixar Animation Studios has more adherent these days and that's why Disney wanted to make something "big" for Alice in Wonderland. they think making a great lineup for the soundtracks brings back the supporters. but i can't see reality between the bringing back and the artists: Tokio Hotel, Avril Lavigne, Kerli, Wolfmother, Mark Hoppus with Pete Wentz...i think they are expired scales. they had the choice to choose other more famous and greatest artists for the songs..for example Paramore in Tokio Hotels place..or in Wolfmothers place 30 seconds to Mars...but yeah, that's only me, or i think i can write "we" and here comes the verity: we all are nothing to change this. but i'm seeing forward what Franz did with the Quadrille song and Tim Burton is a great director. hope we won't be disappointed in this movie. or at least not SO err. : )
