I have kids and the very first thing that happens when they are born is that the grandmothers immediately offer to babysit so you can go out with your husband alone (and they can go goo goo over the new grandchild. Especialy since she probably didn't go out in public too much during the last 4 months of pregnancy if they were trying to keep it private. Then the next thing you do is buy a bigger car. They did a really good job of keeping it a secret. Maybe they have been making a record too, since they are now so good at keeping secrets! Probably wait a while to tour though.....How old were Paul's kids before they went out on tour? Or actually, were they on tour already when they had their first one?

George was born before the last few shows in 2006. Ronnie was born when the band were doing the Equinox gig at Glasto and Paul had stayed with Esther so Franz swapped sets with the Ting Tings, did a half acoustic set and drum tech Alan joined them on drums for a couple of songs.
First time I saw Ronnie was at Barcelona in November 2008, he had a mahoosive pair of pink headphones on bless him.

Acording to Nicks Wiki page the baby is a boy called Vito Gernadel Maccarthy. Vito is apparently Italian and means life.
